This app requires a mandatory Mein ELSTER user account. Please log in to Mein ELSTER to link it with your certificate file or use ElsterSecure.

With the MeinELSTER+ app, you can directly digitize all important documents (e.g. craftsman invoices, donation receipts, etc.) throughout the year and then upload them to your user account on Mein ELSTER for the next income tax return. This way, you have your documents readily available when needed for your tax return, saving you from searching for them.

Furthermore, in the app, you can categorize your documents into clear categories and use the integrated text recognition to highlight values that are relevant for your tax return later on. Once you have prepared your documents this way, Mein ELSTER will suggest where your document can be used in the tax return. The values marked in the app can then be transferred without further typing effort or input errors.

MeinELSTER+ was created to assist you in capturing your documents for Mein ELSTER. It is intended to continuously add further features to this app.

During the development phases of the app, great attention was paid to ensuring that individuals with various abilities are able to perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with the app's user interface (Accessibility).
